When should we choose Ngine instead of Cortex?

Choose Cortex for routine WhatsApp enquiries and appointment coordination. Choose Ngine when the main problem is repeated work across your business tools, such as enquiry routing, reports or approvals. Each automation needs a feasibility review and agreed scope before implementation.

Is it just WhatsApp or AI?

No. A project may connect email, spreadsheets, forms and business software, or include a small internal tool. Some workflows use fixed rules; AI is added only when useful. Cortex is our separate AI receptionist for WhatsApp.

Is this a ready-made automation app?

No. This is a custom design and implementation service. We agree the process, integrations, acceptance criteria and support scope for each engagement.

Where do we start?

Choose one repetitive process. Bring its current steps, the systems involved and what a good outcome looks like. Do not send sensitive data in the website form.

Can you connect our CRM or finance system?

Possibly, subject to supported APIs, access, security requirements and scope. We assess feasibility before committing to an integration.
